H. Gregory Pearson

H. Gregory Pearson concentrates his practice on environmental/toxic torts, oil and gas law, commercial/insurance fraud and real estate. Mr. Pearson provides experience as our Tuscaloosa oil and gas lawyer to our mineral rights law firm.  He concentrates his practice in litigation and transactions. Mr. Pearson brings more than 30 years of experience to his client’s issues, and he has extensive experience in the areas of oil and gas, mineral rights, and land transactions.

An Alabama native, Mr. Pearson received his JD in 1977 from the University of Alabama, where he was awarded membership into the Order of the Coif. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 1974.

H. Gregory Pearson has been a member of the Alabama Bar Association for more than 30 years. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, and he is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Northern District of Alabama and the Middle District of Alabama.
