Samuel W. Junkin devotes his time litigating cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, insurance fraud and criminal law. Mr. Junkin is also a licensed pilot and has extensive knowledge of aviation law. Samuel W. Junkin is an experienced trial attorney who focuses on civil litigation. A native of Fayette, Alabama, he received his BA and JD from the University of Alabama.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Alabama Association for Justice. Mr. Junkin teaches trial advocacy at the University of Alabama School of Law and is a frequent lecturer in the area of trial skills. Samuel W. Junkin is also a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Mr. Junkin is admitted to practice in Alabama, and he is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama.
